Originally from Rochester, NY, Wendy Gaudioso lived for over 20 years in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she first earned her real estate license, joining Utah's first Century 21 office.
In 1988, she founded a corporation that owned and operated private, nationally-accredited early childhood education centers, eventually opening three schools. During this time, she also worked as a child advocate with the Utah legislature to improve standards for Utah’s youngest students.
In addition, as a marketing/sales/public relations consultant, Wendy has created sales training materials, business development seminars, and has consulted with small businesses regarding profit enhancement.
Wendy moved with her husband, Dr. Larry Gaudioso, to Northwest Bradenton in 1998 along with their three children and worked in advertising and marketing until earning her Florida real estate license in 2000. Since then, Wendy has assisted families and individuals from all over Manatee County with real estate sales, purchases and investing. Her background in business, marketing and advertising serves her clients well.
After several years with Coldwell Banker, she has joined All Brokers Realty as a Sales Associate. Her specialties are home-staging, creative marketing of properties and world-class customer service.

GRI, Graduate, REALTOR® Institute
Members primarily involved in residential real estate wanting to increase their knowledge and skills in a broad array of technical subjects and the fundamentals of real estate participate in the REALTOR® Institute, graduate program to earn the GRI designation. The program also provides opportunities to develop important business contacts. The GRI is a nationally recognized designation of the National Association of REALTORS®
SFR, Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR)
REALTORS® who have earned the SFR certification know how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities. The certification program includes training on how to qualify sellers for short sales, negotiate with lenders, protect buyers, and limit risk.
